Research

This research called "The art of small hands" I was doing during my second year of Master program at ArtEZ. As a pianist with relatively small hands, I've learned to acknowledge this aspect of myself. It's important for me to carefully select piano repertoire that allows me to truly enjoy playing without facing physical challenges. However, despite my efforts, I still encounter difficulties when navigating complex piano textures. Recognizing this, I've decided to delve into this topic further and discover techniques that can help not only myself but also other pianists facing similar challenges.

My research focuses on finding practical tips and tricks to assist pianists with small hands during their practice sessions. By sharing these insights, I aim to help them improve and refine their skills, regardless of their level of musical education. My goal is to provide effective solutions that can save time and empower pianists to explore and play the repertoire they love with confidence.
